2018 

  • Established Training and Education center in Arkhbil 

  • Hosted life skills and learnership workshop provided by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Communication

  • Hosted business training for rural women provided by Min Ajiki, Belgium NGO

  • Established an annual Sewing Training Program for rural women provided by US Peace Corps

  • Established The Arkhbil Sewing and Crafts Women’s Cooperative 

  • Began facilitating Annual Summer Camp sponsored by Ministry of Culture, Youth and Communication and the National Summer Camp program    

 

2019 

  • Hosted Plant Nurseries Festival of Tigrigra, first stage provided by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Communication, Ifrane provinc

  • Established an annual Baking Training Program for rural women 

  • Established Arkhbil women’s Baking and cooking cooperative 

 

2021

  • Established an annual Cosmetology Training Program for rural women  

  • Established an annual National Road Safety Program, “We Are All Concerned” 

  • Established an annual National Literacy Agency, Post-literacy 

  • Established an annual Second Chance Project for the youth with support form Regional Directorate of the ministry of education, primary school, and spots Ifrane

 

2022

  • Established annual Temporary Employment, Awrach provided by Ifrane government 

  • Annual Education support provided by Ministry of National Education and Sport, Ifrane

  • Annual training with the Ministry of tourism, handcrafts and local economy support 

  • Established an annual agricultural training program with The Center of Agriculture Rehabilitation, Bouderbala Agriculture training program

  • Peace Corps and International Youth Foundation; Passport to Success 

 

2024

  • Remodel classroom and expand literacy programs with support of US Peace Corps 

 

Future Goals 

  • Provide technical skills workshop for 500 additional rural women, girls and youth

  • Strengthen the capability of 200 additional youth through various workshops

  • Empower 30 youth and transform them into active flurashing adults

  • Work to achieve the goal of earning above 2,000,000.00 MAD 

  • Add 100 new volunteers to the Association 

  • Build capacity for 2000 additional children to benefit from the Associations activities 

  • Provide opportunities for 500 additional youth to benefit from summer camps 

  • Train 4 additional women’s cooperatives and assist 20 entrepreneurs

  • Train 100 youth in the field of childhood and youth development 

  • Establish 6 women’s cooperatives

  • Invest in 6 entrepreneurs

  • Establish 6 different headquarters
